Pay: $110,000–$130,000 per year

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Benefits: 18 days PTO, 3 sick days, 7 public holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401k with 4% match, 15% annual performance bonus

Travel: 75% local travel (fully reimbursed)

Role Summary

We're hiring a Construction Manager to lead project delivery on large, complex jobs ($15M–$35M) across multiple sectors. You'll own daily site operations, manage teams and subcontractors, keep projects on schedule and budget, and report to our VP of Operations or Project Director. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on site, builds teams and gets things done.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Plan and schedule project phases to meet deadlines and milestones. Lead daily site meetings and toolbox talks to keep teams aligned and safe. Manage 8–12 direct reports and oversee 15–25 subcontractors. Handle project documentation, permits and regulatory compliance. Drive cost control and keep projects on budget and schedule. Communicate with clients, architects, engineers and the main office to solve problems fast.

Essential Requirements

5+ years of construction management experience on commercial, retail, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare or infrastructure projects. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead teams of 50+ people. Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control and safety compliance. Ability to read drawings, interpret specs and manage complex logistics on live sites.

Desirable Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering. Expert budget forecasting and cost control. Deep safety compliance and regulatory knowledge. Experience managing projects in the $15M–$35M range.

Compensation

Base salary $110,000–$130,000 per year, plus 15% annual performance bonus based on project outcomes.
