Job Description
- Location: Philadelphia, PA
- Pay: $30 – $35 per hour
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Travel: 75% local service calls
- Vehicle: Company truck provided

Role Summary
We're looking for a mid-level HVAC Technician to join a busy service team covering residential and commercial clients in Philadelphia. You'll diagnose, repair, and install heating and cooling equipment, perform preventative maintenance on commercial systems, and respond to emergency calls. This is a hands-on, field-based role with 75% local travel in a company truck.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Repair furnaces, heat pumps, and AC units in residential and commercial settings
- Perform preventative maintenance visits on commercial HVAC systems
- Respond to emergency cooling and heating failures
- Diagnose heating and cooling faults in residential homes
- Install new residential AC and heating systems
- Perform startup and commissioning on new equipment
- Document service calls and parts used in field software
Essential Requirements
- Valid driver's license (required for daily travel)
- 3 to 7 years of HVAC service experience
- Background in residential service, commercial service, or both
Desirable Requirements
- PA HVAC license (Plumber/HVAC)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with residential AC and heating repair
- Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems
- Preventative maintenance experience
Compensation
- $30 to $35 per hour, based on experience
- Overtime available
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule
