Role Summary

We're hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to join a growing team serving residential and commercial clients across Cincinnati. You'll install, service, and troubleshoot heating and cooling systems while delivering excellent customer service. This is a stable, Monday-to-Friday role with a company vehicle and strong benefits.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Install and service heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and repair or replace defective components
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment and test systems for proper operation and efficiency
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals during service calls

Essential Requirements

• HVAC Certification
• EPA Section 608 Certification
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience
• Valid driver's license for local service calls

Compensation

$35 to $38 per hour based on experience, plus a company vehicle for work use.
