A senior-level Commercial Electrical Service Technician is needed to troubleshoot complex electrical issues, maintain and repair commercial electrical systems, and ensure compliance with NEC and local codes. You'll work independently across commercial and industrial facilities in the Columbus area, handling everything from power distribution to diagnostic testing.

What you'll do
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues in commercial and industrial facilities.
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems including power distribution, switchgear, and control systems.
- Perform diagnostic testing and commissioning of electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC codes and local electrical codes.
- Work independently with minimal supervision on service calls and document all work performed.
What you'll need
- Journeyman Electrician License.
- 3+ years of experience with commercial electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience with power distribution and panels.
- Valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED.
Nice to have
- Experience with switchgear and controls.
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Testing and commissioning background.
You'll report to the Operation Manager and work on commercial and industrial electrical systems. Schedule is Monday to Friday schedule 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.
