What you'll do
- Respond to warranty claims and service calls on residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct walk throughs and verify punch list items on completed homes.
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and system upgrades.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues independently.
- Conduct inspections and ensure all work meets code requirements.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each job.
What you'll need
- Plumbing experience in residential.
- Strong plumbing knowledge across systems, codes, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to self-manage, work independently, and prioritize service calls.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
