Manage high-end restaurant, hospitality, and commercial interior projects throughout South Florida for an established commercial general contractor. You'll oversee fast-paced, detailed buildouts with premium finishes and demanding schedules, working independently from preconstruction through closeout.

Your role

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction planning through final closeout and turnover.
• Oversee high-end restaurant, upscale hospitality, and commercial interior buildouts with complex finishes and tight schedules.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and subcontractor coordination.
• Manage subcontractor contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Work closely with field superintendents, architects, engineers, owners, and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate complex interior finishes, millwork, specialty installations, and MEP systems sequencing.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of project management experience directly with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience managing high-end restaurant construction, upscale hospitality interiors, or similar detailed commercial buildouts directly at a commercial general contractor
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, subcontractor management, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Experience managing projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Familiarity with high-end finishes, millwork, specialty installations, and complex MEP systems.

Helpful, but not required

• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

You'll report to the Construction Director or Vice President of Operations and manage commercial interior projects throughout South Florida.
