You'll manage high-end restaurant, luxury retail, and experiential hospitality interior projects from preconstruction through closeout for a well-established commercial general contractor known for exceptional culture, low turnover, and true work-life balance. Work remotely while delivering sophisticated, design-driven projects for recognizable luxury brands and upscale restaurant concepts.

Your role

• Manage luxury retail, upscale restaurant, and hospitality interior construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and construction execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
• Coordinate complex architectural finishes, custom millwork, specialty materials, and MEP systems.
• Identify project risks, resolve construction challenges, and maintain project profitability.
• Partner with field superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and successful project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships and execution standards.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of direct project management experience working for a commercial general contractor.
• Proven experience independently managing high-end restaurant, luxury retail, or upscale hospitality interior construction projects.
• Demonstrated responsibility for projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Strong understanding of commercial interior construction, high-end finishes, complex MEP coordination, and subcontractor management.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and client relationships.

Helpful, but not required

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.
• Background delivering projects for nationally recognized luxury retail brands or upscale restaurant groups.
• Experience managing projects across multiple geographic markets.
• Background in fast-paced, high-design interior buildouts and restaurant renovations.

You'll report to the Construction Director or VP of Operations and manage luxury retail, upscale restaurant, and hospitality interior projects.
