You'll maintain, troubleshoot, program, and continuously improve automated manufacturing equipment on second shift in a fast-paced industrial production environment. This role offers strong hourly pay, consistent Monday to Friday hours, and the chance to work with PLCs, robotics, CNC controls, and advanced automation systems.

What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, HMIs, robots, and CNC controls on automated manufacturing equipment.
- Program and modify control systems to improve safety, quality, and production efficiency.
- Support preventative maintenance activities and automation improvement projects across the facility.
- Maintain electrical schematics, controls documentation, and program backups.
- Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and process issues.
- Support cycle time reduction, standardization, and error-proofing initiatives throughout the facility.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of controls experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting, HMI systems, industrial robotics, and CNC controls.
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motion control systems.
- Ability to work around automated machinery and lift up to 30 pounds.
Nice to have
- Associate degree in Controls Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs and root cause analysis.
You'll work within an industrial manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, heat, fumes, and moving equipment, standing for extended periods.
