Countertop & Specialty Finishes Manager

Cornerstone Flooring is looking for a driven manager to lead the development of two growing divisions: commercial countertops and window treatments. You'll build these areas from the ground up while leveraging our existing customer relationships, reputation, and commercial project pipeline throughout Louisiana.

• $60,000 to $70,000 per year base salary, depending on experience, with commission opportunity as divisions become established.

What you'll do

• Develop commercial countertop and window treatment divisions throughout Louisiana.
• Establish relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, fabricators, installers, and general contractors.
• Review construction plans, specifications, and bid documents and perform quantity takeoffs.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and budgets and solicit material and subcontractor pricing.
• Manage awarded projects from award through completion, coordinating submittals, selections, field measurements, purchasing, and installation.
• Procure materials, maintain vendor relationships, and coordinate subcontractors and installers.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and profitability through closeout.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience with countertops, stone, window treatments, commercial interiors, flooring, or a related construction trade.
• Ability to read commercial plans and specifications.
• Experience with construction estimating and quantity takeoffs.
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout Louisiana.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with countertops or window treatments.

You'll report to the Owner/President and have significant ownership over how these divisions develop, backed by the resources and reputation of an established commercial contractor. This is an opportunity to build something.
