What you'll do
- Lead and coach a team of Project Managers and Field Management staff, conducting performance reviews and supporting their development.
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-family electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.
- Review and interpret project documents including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Develop and manage operations including forecasting, cost control, and budget adherence, approving invoices and tracking purchase orders.
- Establish and enforce safety protocols across all projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of construction project management experience, with a focus on multi-family, residential, or commercial electrical work.
- Proven managerial experience leading project teams.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong knowledge of industry practices, electrical theory, and code requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel locally (up to 25%).
Nice to have
- College education in construction management.
- Professional certifications or licences in construction or electrical management.
