This is a senior leadership role where you'll develop and coach Superintendents and field-based Project Engineers across ICI's commercial construction projects, promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, and operational excellence. You'll lead a team, mentor future field leaders, and serve as a trusted resource across the organization while traveling to project sites nationwide.

- $140,000 to $175,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, develop, and evaluate your assigned team of Superintendents and field-based Project Engineers, taking ownership of their growth, performance, and long-term success.
- Build strong relationships with direct reports through consistent communication, regular one-on-one meetings, and timely feedback on performance and career goals.
- Visit projects regularly to stay connected with field staff, observe performance, understand project conditions, and attend project meetings when beneficial.
- Coach the field team on ICI field standards, Best Practices, and the effective use of Procore and company systems.
- Serve as a leadership resource to project teams for complex project, personnel, subcontractor, technical, scheduling, and operational challenges.
- Partner with the Director of Field Operations on field staffing needs, assignments, project transitions, and evaluation of prospective field hires.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of proven construction supervision experience on commercial construction projects.
- OSHA 30 Hour Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong knowledge of Procore Construction Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar field, or equivalent experience.
You'll report to the Director of Field Operations and lead a team of Superintendents and field-based Project Engineers on commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, and retail projects.
