Hiring for a Service Coordinator to schedule and dispatch technicians across residential projects in Charlotte. You'll be the hub that keeps service calls running smoothly, with strong support.

Your role
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on service requests and availability.
- Manage the day-to-day dispatch calendar and update technician schedules in real time.
- Answer phone calls from customers and field technicians, taking and logging service requests.
- Input and maintain accurate customer and work order data in the dispatch system.
- Track and communicate technician locations and job status to customers.
- Coordinate with service technicians on job details, equipment needs and timing.
- Prioritize urgent or emergency service calls and adjust schedules accordingly.
- Maintain organized records of completed work orders and customer information.
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or coordination role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Helpful, but not required
- Experience with scheduling and dispatch software.
- Familiarity with electrical and HVAC trade knowledge helpful.
- Background in multi-line phone systems, data entry accuracy, dispatch and coordination, technical aptitude, and problem-solving and conflict resolution.
You'll work on-site in Charlotte, supporting residential electrical and HVAC service operations.
