Estimators hiring questions, answered.
Can it separate field guys moving into the office from career estimators?
Yes. Work history makes the path visible, and screening questions confirm the estimating years, so you choose which profile you want.
Which estimating software can it screen for?
Any: the screening question is configurable, and answers are recorded verbatim, so whether your shop runs on one platform or five spreadsheets, you will know what they know.
Is my search visible to competitors?
No. Searches, pipelines and candidate conversations are private to your account.
