HVAC Technicians hiring questions, answered.
Can it tell installers apart from service technicians?
Yes. Work history and screening questions separate install, service, start-up and controls experience, so a commissioning role is not shown a new-construction installer.
Does it check EPA certification?
Screening captures EPA 608 type and other certs as structured answers, visible on the candidate profile next to the score.
We need techs in three cities. Does that work?
Run a search per location or one search with a wider radius; each job keeps its own pipeline, and candidates are matched to the site they can actually reach.
