Safety Managers hiring questions, answered.
Can it find bilingual safety managers?
Yes. Language is a searchable requirement and a screening question, which matters on crews where the toolbox talk needs to land in two languages.
We need one safety pro across multiple sites. Possible?
Describe the travel pattern in the brief; screening confirms who will run a multi-site program and what that costs in your market.
Does Constructico check EMR impact claims?
Screening records what candidates report; the platform gives you the structured answers to probe in the interview.
